CONSECRATION SUNDAY

Sunday, November 17, will be Consecration Sunday. We will be asked to make an estimate of what part of our treasure we will give to the church in 2025. Please give this prayerful consideration and be ready to bring your estimate before the Lord at the end of worship on Sunday.

In addition, you are invited to attend a catered lunch in the Parlor (downstairs—and the elevator is working!) following worship. Dayton Cooks! is providing the meal, and they need numbers, so please RSVP to the church office at secretary@graceumc.com or 937-278-4731.

FOOD AND FELLOWSHIP!

Lots of opportunities to eat and converse next week! First, the men will gather for breakfast on Tuesday, November 19, at 8:30 a.m. at the Original Pancake House, 1516 Miamisburg-Centerville Rd.

The men will also gather for lunch on Saturday, November 23, at 11:30 a.m. at the Brunch Club, 601 S. Main Street. This will offer a chance for men who can’t attend the breakfasts to get in on the action! Contact Steve Radcliffe at swradcliffone@gmail.com or when you see him to let him know you can come.

And don’t forget that the women will meet for lunch on Thursday, November 21, at 11:00 a.m. at Jimmy’s Italian Cuisine, 824 E. Fifth St. Good times!

COMMUNITY EVENT TONIGHT

Please join the Montgomery County Jail Coalition for its next Community Event tonight, November 13, at 6:00 p.m. at Grace. They will welcome four local judges, Hon. Angelina Jackson, Hon. Brandon McClain, Hon. Timothy O’Connell, and Hon. E. Gerald Parker, for a discussion about diversion as an alternative to incarceration. Please register HERE.
